Sarah Jarvis - Scheme Manager
Sarah has been working with families for over 15 years.
Sarah joined Home-Start South West Kent in September 2018 following 9 years at Home-Start East Sussex. Sarah has a BA (hons) in Childhood and Youth Studies as well as a City and Guilds in Working with Families with Multiple and Complex needs and diplomas in Domestic Violence and Mental Health. Sarah has four children and her early career was in nursery nursing.
Lisa Semple - Coordinator
Lisa has worked at Home-Start South West Kent since 2013 undertaking a number of roles.
Lisa's background is in finance and banking and she had a successful career in London before joining Home-Start. She lives locally and has two children.
Antonietta Spatuzzi - Coordinator
Antonietta has had a career in teaching
Antonietta Spatuzzi joined us in 2021 after a career in teaching in Inner London Primary Schools and also providing 1:1 tuition to foreign students visiting Tunbridge Wells. Antonietta has a background in Psychology and enjoys working and supporting families with young children. Antonietta has 3 children of her own and lives locally.

Amanda Rendle - Coordinator
Amanda was a home visiting volunteer before joining our staff team
Amanda joined the Home-Start SWK team in September 2022 after volunteering for the charity since the start of the year.
Amanda has supported Home-Start families as a volunteer and joined the staff team in September 2022, holding the role of administrator before moving to her current position.’
Amanda studied Psychology at university and then followed a career in London in Events Management, before having her two young sons, and now lives locally.
Susanna Millar – Administrator and Social Media/Marketing
Susanna worked as a counsellor before joining the Home Start team
Susanna joined the team in September 2024 and also supports families as a volunteer. She manages the administration for Home Start SWK and more recently has taken on the social media and marketing for the charity. Susanna has a background in journalism and, after having her own children, trained in counselling with a special interest in working with women.
Nikki Donovan - Coordinator
Nikki was a home visiting volunteer before joining our staff team.
Nikki initially volunteered with Home-Start before joining the team as a Coordinator in January 2026.
She brings many years of experience organising weddings and events, developing strong skills in planning, communication and supporting people through significant life moments. Nikki has also volunteered with young people, supporting teenagers through challenging periods, and now brings personal insight as a parent to a teenager herself.
She is passionate about supporting families and building positive, trusting relationships.
