Sarah Jarvis - Scheme Manager
Sarah has been working with families for over 15 years.
Sarah joined Home-Start South West Kent in September 2018 following 9 years at Home-Start East Sussex. Sarah has a BA (hons) in Childhood and Youth Studies as well as a City and Guilds in Working with Families with Multiple and Complex needs and diplomas in Domestic Violence and Mental Health. Sarah has four children and her early career was in nursery nursing.
Lisa Semple - Co-ordinator
Lisa has worked at Home-Start South West Kent since 2013 undertaking a number of roles.
Lisa's background is in finance and banking and she had a successful career in London before joining Home-Start. She lives locally and has two children.
Leah Jones - Co-ordinator
Leah has worked in the charity sector for over 7 years
Leah joined us in June 2019 and has seven years experience of managing projects in the charity sector, where she has enjoyed working with young people and families in a range of settings. She has two children and lives in Tunbridge Wells
Ann Hughes-Wilson - Co-ordinator
Ann has also helped families as home visiting volunteer.
Ann joined Home Start in September 2020, after a career in London as a chartered surveyor in retail property. She has four children and an interest in education, having been a founder of The Wells Free School in Tunbridge Wells. Ann has supported Home-Start families as a volunteer and also held the role of administrator before moving to her current position.
Antonietta Spatuzzi - Co-ordinator
Antonietta has had a career in teaching
Antonietta Spatuzzi joined us in 2021 after a career in teaching in Inner London Primary Schools and also providing 1:1 tuition to foreign students visiting Tunbridge Wells. Antonietta has a background in Psychology and enjoys working and supporting families with young children. Antonietta has 3 children of her own and lives locally.

Amanda Rendle - Administrator
Amanda was a home visiting volunteer before joining us as Administrator
Amanda joined the Home-Start SWK team in September 2022 after volunteering for the charity since the start of the year. Amanda studied Psychology at university and then followed a career in London in Events Management, before having her two young sons, and now lives locally.
